One address, read by the person who makes Plate Render. There is no ticket system and no chat widget, because there is no support department to route you to.
What we can sort out
- A refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. The key is cancelled and that is the end of it.
- A licence key that did not arrive, or does not activate.
- A freed seat when you replace one of your five computers. Reinstalling Windows or Plate Render does not use one up, so you should not need this often.
- The source for the Blender build inside the app, which its licence entitles you to.
Before you write
- If a render will not finish, the 16 GB note on the pricing page explains the usual reason faster than we can. Rendering happens on your PC.
- Include the email address you paid with. It is how a purchase is found.
- We will never ask you for your licence key, your card details, or a password. Anything that does is not us.
